The Tire Lodge allows dealerships to provide more tire and overall service contact with their customers.
We also add unique benefits to dealerships’ seasonal storage solutions, including:
Climate-controlled, secure, fully insured warehouses, which eliminates the risk of storing tires in extreme heat or extreme cold, thereby preventing tires from deteriorating as quickly.
Google documentation process that lists customer name, R.O. # from dealer, VIN, Bin location, vehicle make/model, transfer dates, tire brand, tire size, season, wheel description, tread depth, and related comments to provide several items of tracking data for the dealers.
Full dealer/customer bag tags also contain the documentation information and are joined with each set.
Tires are stacked horizontally in tire storage racks, and a bungee that connects the bag tag wraps around the entire set to ensure organization and security.
Photographs are taken of each wheel to identify any damage for the security of the customer and the dealer.
A photograph is also taken of the full set to present a visual of the treads; should there ever be any questions from the customer, the photos provide answers.
Dealerships are provided with a Google website that gives all the information for their inventory stored at The Tire Lodge, including the dealer worksheet and photos for review.
A renewal reservation card informs dealers of sets that are up for renewal; this ensures that the dealer is not automatically charged for sets that may have been abandoned by the customer due to a sale or trade of a vehicle.
Each dealership is provided with scheduled “tire inventory days” to ensure tire swaps can be scheduled efficiently.
Dealerships request by email for sets to be delivered; The Tire Lodge schedules the delivery and puts the set request on Google Calendar to provide a history of delivery tracking.
The Tire Lodge charges the dealer, and dealers charge their customers at their discretion which ensures that customer data is not shared with The Tire Lodge.
